CLEANING DEPOSIT AGREEMENT

Upon booking services with us a cleaning deposit is required. This deposit goes towards the total cost of your invoice for our services. Cleaning deposit agreements will be sent via email when services are booked.

Residential Regular Cleaning Deposit: $100

Commercial Cleaning Deposit: $200 additional $50 for properties over 2000sqft

Move-Out Cleaning Deposit: $200 additional $50 for harzardous conditions I.E. no running water, no electricity, extreme conditions, etc.

Special Event Cleaning Deposit: $200
